We have plans that you can work from, but generally it is cheaper in the long run to design something for you that is site specific.

After talking with you, we will have a better understanding of what you want to do and can provide you with some estimated costs and ask you if you would like to get your project started.

Once we have a contract together, we will co-ordinate all the relevant specialists and trades that your project would require and get started. This can take about 1-3 mths and the time lines are very subject to what needs to be completed and who we need to involve in the process.

Consent Process

Once all the planning, designs and engineering is complete, we can apply to your local authority for your consents. This can take about 1-2 mths and the time lines are very subject to what needs to be completed and the complexity of your project.

Construction

The final cost really comes down to your tastes and what your site requires in order for us to build your new home. We will work with you by suggesting products and services that work with the realistic budgets you provide us. Once the plans are out, the build time for your new home will be 6-8 mths depending on the final size of your project and time of year it is started.

Our planners and architects have a lot of experience in this area and can help you through your project planning, design and construction.
