Who we are

Based in Auckland, Magpie Property Developments is a company whose sole existence is to simplify the building and land development process for its clients.

Our clients are mostly existing landowners wanting to maximise their property potential by allowing us to help them through the difficulties often found when building and / or subdividing their land.
